REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS
1. A person's reproductive rights are limited.
2. Technology (power) never confers a legal right.
3. Legal authority must precede the use of technology.
4. All means of reproduction are not equally valid.
CONTRACEPTION
1. Children are not a curse, but a blessing.
2. It is the right and duty of parents to have children.
3. But families are accountable only to God for this.
4. If contraception is wrong, it is moral only, and not criminal
5. It is not for civil gov't to prescribe or prohibit contraception

SURROGACY
